staying at home today. parent-teacher meeting going on. I don't see why I had to go last year. it's a PARENT-TEACHER meeting. not a student-parent-teacher meeting. and thank goodness it's not.
hooray popcornhead didn't say anything bad about me(except that i always read v. softly). neither did mdm shida(not surprising). looks like i have a good reputation in school after all.
i'm not-however-a straight A student, unfortunately, which is what mrs. Tan expects out of all AM6 pupils. just that stupid C grade for chinese.(paper alone, but i got a B overall)
principals here seem to be getting v.kiasu these days. always pushing the students to get the best grades for the subjects. and it's not only three.
we have to get at least an A for EVERYTHING.
this is so damn unfair, being in the 'best' class. everything is expected out of you. good grades, good reputation, good minds, good attitude, good spirit. do one teeny-weeny small wrong thing and that's it. all has gone to waste.
