just a thought:
what if some hollywood director decided to make a movie about real-highschool-life? what if it went something like this:
-main characters: a blonde (beautiful) bimbo, a macho handsome jock, a nerdy kid with a nice character and a rather average girl (abit geeky, not the sporty type, average grades but nice)
-main storyline: avr. girl falls for jock. jock takes no notice. blonde and jock become a couple(eventually). avr. girl is upset, but soon puts it away. avr. girl is good friends with nerd. nerd and avr. girl eventually become a couple.
--flash 10 years into the future--
nerd+avr.girl are a well to do couple. have 2 kids, average home, good relations with family members.
jock+blonde were married but are divorced. no kids, rich, living in a big big house. bad relationships, both cheating on each other.

isnt that how the world is abit like? the world only looks at the outward appearance, where love is just a feeling that will not last forever. where the love is unpure.
shouldn't we be looking inwards? beauty IS only skin deep. love isn't a feeling, it's a commitment. let me ask you: if two selfish people get together, get married, what are the chances of the marriage being lasting? each selfish person only wants his/her way, each wants to be spoiled.
but GOD's love is PURE. it is ETERNAL lasting. it will NEVER fail.
the world needs GOD. the world needs JESUS.
